How do i place an order?
Please select the products you would like to order from our shop section. Add them to your cart and checkout. Proceed to fill in your complete details and make the payment using any of the available options. Voila! Your order will then be placed and delivered to you soon.
The product I want is sold out. What do i do?
Do not worry! We regularly restock all of our products on our website. We update about those restocks on our instagram page, wink_label. Please follow us there to know about the latest arrivals and restocks.
What sizes do you have?
We currently have sizes Small to XXL and our working on introducing more sizes. For size measurements, please check our size chart here:
I have received a damaged product.
Even though all our products are checked thoroughly before dispatch, if you have received a damaged product, please share images/videos to us at at [email protected] or DM us at wink_label [please add insta link]. We will assist you in your refund/exchange of the order. Please make sure to raise a query within 24 hours of delivery post which no refunds/exchanges would be processed.
Can I cancel my order?

How much time does it take to ship/deliver the product?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Post that, Delivery normally takes 5-7 days.
But please note we are facing some delays due to a technical glitch with the delivery partner.
My order is delayed. What can i do?
We are facing some delays in some orders due to a technical glitch with the delivery partner. But please be assured, we are working on every package that may be delayed and working to deliver it as your doorstep. How can i track my order?
An email and an SMS with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track your order from your account on the website by clicking "Track My Order" at the top right corner.
If you are an existing user you can simply log in to your account and track your current and past order details. However, if you haven’t made an account and have signed in as a guest user - we advise you to create your account with the same guest user mail id.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship in India and are working on introducing international shipping.
Do you have Cash on Delivery/returns/exchanges?
Sorry! We don’t have COD/exchange/returns but our size chart is accurate to our clothing! Not having these facilities helps us keep products reasonably priced for you. Incase you receive a damaged product, we offer full refunds/exchanges.
Payment for the order has been deducted from my account but I have not received a confirmation.
