How do i place an order?

Please select the products you would like to order from our shop section. Add them to your cart and checkout. Proceed to fill in your complete details and make the payment using any of the available options. Voila! Your order will then be placed and delivered to you soon.

The product I want is sold out. What do i do?

Do not worry! We regularly restock all of our products on our website. We update about those restocks on our instagram page, wink_label. Please follow us there to know about the latest arrivals and restocks.

What sizes do you have?

We currently have sizes Small to XXL and our working on introducing more sizes. For size measurements, please check our size chart here:

I have received a damaged product.

Even though all our products are checked thoroughly before dispatch, if you have received a damaged product, please share images/videos to us at at cust@winklabel or DM us at wink_label. We will assist you in your refund(Credit Note)/exchange of the order. Please make sure to raise a query within 24-48 hours of delivery post which no refunds/exchanges would be processed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled for a full refund (Coupon Code of same Value will be issued) before it has been shipped. Please contact us at cust@winklabel or DM us at Instagram

Orders which are shipped can be cancelled at a fee of Rs.150 onwards (depending on weight of the package). 

Any express shipping charges paid are non-refundable. 

Shipping & Returns:

How much time does it take to ship/deliver the product?

We take 24-48 hours to ship your order (excluding sundays and public holidays).

Standard Delivery is free and normally takes 5-7 days post dispatch. But please note we are facing some delays due to a technical glitch with the delivery partner. 
We can also express ship your order via bluedart (chargeable at ₹150 onwards) which usually takes 2-4 days to deliver. Please inform us of any express shipping over DM here so we can confirm the delivery date for you before you place an order. 

Any express shipping charges paid are non-refundable. 

My order is delayed. What can i do?

We are facing some delays in some orders due to a technical glitch with the delivery partner. But please be assured, we are working on every package that may be delayed and working to deliver it at your doorstep. If a package is delayed by more than 10 days by its promised date, you can ask for a cancellation and full refund of your order if required (Coupon Code of the full value will be issued). Please note that any delay/non delivery caused by incorrect details shared at the time of placing order is not eligible for full refund. 

How can i track my order?

Orders can be tracked once they have been shipped. It takes 24-48 hours to ship orders (excluding sundays and public holidays)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking code/Link via your registered email.

Your order can also be tracked on the orders page in your account by clicking on the Tracking link.

Please note that it can take upto 24 hours for tracking to be updated once shipped. 

Incase you’re unable to track your order, please share your order ID or email under which you placed the orders and we’ll help you out!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship in India and are working on introducing official international  shipping.

For now, we can ship your international order via courier which is charged on actuals.

Any international shipping charges paid are non-refundable. 

Do you have Cash on Delivery/returns/exchanges?

Sorry! We don’t have COD but do offer paid returns. Our current competitive pricing does not allow free returns. 

Returns will be charged at Rs. 150 onwards (Rs. 50 for every additional item returned. Please inform us of any return queries within 3 days of delivery and we will help you out. Any express shipping charges paid are non-refundable. 

Refund will be issued in the form of coupon code which can be used anytime on our website. 

We have reverse pick up service, delivered items do not have be shipped back by the customer and will be picked from your doorstep <3 

Returns/exchanges are not valid on sale/discounted orders and are considered final sale. 

Incase you receive a damaged product, we offer full refund/exchange without any charges. 

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What can be done?

If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, please connect with us over Instagram DMs at Wink_Label or email at [email protected]

If your order is marked as delivered via OTP/Code verification, we can request our delivery partner to start an investigation but we can not guarantee it. An order can only be marked as delivered via OTP/Code once the code has been shared to the delivery partner. Please ensure you are only sharing the code if you are accepting your package. For orders marked as delivered via OTP/Code, we do not offer any compensation/Refunds/Replacements though we will definitely try our best to resolve the issue. 

 

For orders showing delivered with signature verification, we can start an investigation with our delivery partner and offer full refunds/Replacements incase not found. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit/coupons. 

Payment:

Payment for the order has been deducted from my account but I have not received a confirmation.

Please also check your spam folder for any confirmation emails from us. You can also contact us on our instagram at wink_label or email us at [email protected] for a confirmation. There is a also a chance that your order details may have not been captured with us. In such case, the amount will be refunded to your account in next 5-7 days. I added incorrect/incomplete details at the time of placing order/I need to change my delivery details. What can i do now?

We encourage our customers to check all details before placing an order to ensure seamless delivery. The addresses need to be complete/exact and the phone number (only +91) needs to be correct and able to receive calls and SMS in India. 

If you have entered incorrect/incomplete details or need your delivery details updated, kindly notify us on our instagram at wink_label or email us on [email protected]

Incase the order has not been shipped yet, the details can be changed easily without any impact on delivery. 

Incase the order has been shipped, we can try to change the details. Please note that it will only be an attempt and successful delivery is not guaranteed. 

Incase the order is not successfully delivered due to incorrect details, we can reship your order at Rs. 100 onwards (Depending on weight) or cancel the order at Rs.150 onwards (depending on weight). Incase of cancellation, coupon code will be issued of the balance amount. With our current competitive pricing, we are unable to offer free shipping more than once.

My order was was not delivered and is being returned. What options do i have?

Please don't worry, any order that is not successfully delivered is returned to us. 

Orders that are not delivered successfully due to error on our part or the delivery partner's end, will be eligible for second attempt free of charge. Customers can also choose to cancel the order (Coupon code of full value will be issued) or make any changes to the order free of any charge. 

Any order being returned due to incorrect/incomplete details shared at the time of placing order, non acceptance of order, cancellation of order at time of delivery, unavailability at the time of delivery, address shared being closed at the time of delivery (there is no option to separate work/home address) etc. will be eligible for reshipping at Rs. 100 onwards (depending on weight). Such orders can also be cancelled at Rs. 150 onwards (depending on weight). Incase of cancellation, coupon code of the balance value will be issued.
