How do i place an order?
Please select the products you would like to order from our shop section. Add them to your cart and checkout. Please login for ease in placing more orders!

I have store credit from the old website. Can i use it?
Yes, of course! All store credits from old website have been transferred to the new one. Just enter your phone number as the coupon code to use the credit (same as the old website). Store credit (linked to your account) will be issued for future returns.
How can i use store credit issued?
Its super easy! Log into your account. Add products to cart and click on checkout. Store credit will be listed as a mode of payment!
I have received a damaged product.
Don't worry! Even though all our products are checked thoroughly before dispatch, if you have received a damaged product, please share images/videos with us at at care@winklabel.com or DM us at wink_label on instagram or drop a whatsapp message at +91 9266736445. We will assist you in your refund(store credit)/replacement of the order. Please make sure to raise a query within 24-48 hours of delivery post which no refunds/replacements would be processed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled for a full refund (store credit of same Value will be issued) before it has been shipped. Please contact us at care@winklabel.com or DM us at wink_label on instagram or drop a whatsapp message at +91 9266736445.
Orders which are shipped can be cancelled at a fee of Rs.100 onwards (depending on weight of the package). Any express shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
How much time does it take to ship/deliver the product?
We take 24-48 hours to ship your order (excluding sundays and public holidays). Standard Delivery is FREE and normally takes 5-7 days post dispatch. Standard shipping is subject to delays at times and we do not promise any exact delivery date though 99% orders are delivered well within 5-7 days.
We can also express ship your order via bluedart/DTDC (charges calculated at checkout by weight) which usually takes 2-4 days to deliver. We can only promise a delivery date with express shipping. Any express shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
Same day delivery (Order placed before 5 PM) is available in Delhi NCR. Charges as per actuals via porter/Uber package/similar apps.
My order is delayed. What can i do?
Don't worry, complaints are automatically raised by team TWL for all delayed packages with the delivery partner. If a package is delayed by more than 10 days by its initial estimated delivery date, you can ask for a cancellation and full refund of your order if required (store credit of the full value will be issued).

Please note that any delay/non delivery caused by incorrect details shared at the time of placing order is not eligible for full refund and subject to reshipping/cancellation charges.
How can i track my order?
After your order has been shipped (takes 24-48 hrs), you will receive the tracking code/Link via your registered email. Please also check your spam folder!
You can also log into your account and track the order!
Incase you’re unable to track your order even after 48 hours, please share your order ID or email under which you placed the order with us and we’ll help you out!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship in India and are working on introducing official international shipping soon. We can ship to your address in India from where you can get the package shipped to yourself . You can use internationally registered cards/payment modes to make the payment with ease.
Do you have Cash on Delivery?
We do not offer Cash on Delivery at the moment but we accept all prepaid modes. You can have a look at our reviews/comments on our official Instagram at wink_label. We are also verified as one of the most trustworthy brands by cashfree, a popular payment gateway partner.
Do you have Returns/exchanges?
Yes! Our current competitive pricing does not allow free returns. Returns will be charged at Rs. 150 onwards (Rs. 50 for every additional item returned). Please inform us of any return queries within 3 days of delivery and we will help you out. Any express shipping charges paid are non-refundable. Refund will be issued in the form of store credit which can be used anytime on our website with lifetime validity and no restrictions.
We have reverse pick up service, delivered items do not have be shipped back by the customer and will be picked from your doorstep.
Returns/exchanges are not valid on sale/discounted orders and are considered final sale.
Incase you receive a damaged product, we offer full refund/exchange without any charges.
The responsibility to handover correct items at the time of return lies with the customer as reverse pickup agents do not do a quality check at the time of pickup. Any costs incurred due to wrong handover of items at the time of reverse pickup will be borne by the customer. Any credit issued will be put on hold till the correct item is picked.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What can be done?
If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, please connect with us over Instagram DMs at Wink_Label or email at care@winklabel.com or drop a whatsapp message at +919266736445 within 5 days of your tracking showing the order as delivered.
For orders showing delivered with signature verification/without OTP, we can start an investigation with our delivery partner and offer full refunds/Replacements incase not found. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit/coupons. Please allow us and the delivery partner a minimum of 5-7 working days to resolve the issue. Refunds are issued only if the package is not found even after 7 working days are complete.
If your order is marked as delivered via OTP/Code verification, we can request our delivery partner to start an investigation but we can not guarantee it. An order can only be marked as delivered via OTP/Code once the code has been shared to the delivery partner. Please ensure you are only sharing the code if you are accepting your package. For orders marked as delivered via OTP/Code, we do not offer any compensation/Refunds/Replacements though we will definitely try our best to resolve the issue.
If the order is marked delivered and the details of delivery (Primarily the phone number and/or address) is incorrect, we do not offer any compensation/Refunds/Replacements as we solely rely on the information received at the time of placing the order to deliver it but we will definitely try our best to resolve the issue.
Payment for the order has been deducted from my account but I have not received a confirmation.
Please also check your spam folder for any confirmation emails from us. There is a also a low chance that your order details may have not been captured with us. In such case, the amount will be refunded to your account in next 5-7 days. Please don't worry, we will assist you till your refund reflects in your account. I added incorrect/incomplete details at the time of placing order/I need to change my delivery details. What can i do now?
We encourage our customers to check all details before placing an order to ensure seamless delivery. The addresses need to be complete/exact and the phone number (only +91) needs to be correct and able to receive calls and SMS in India.

Incase the order has not been shipped yet, the details can be changed easily without any impact on delivery.
Incase the order has been shipped, we can try to change the details. Please note that it will only be an attempt and successful delivery is not guaranteed.
Incase the order is being returned to us due to incorrect details, we can reship your order at Rs. 100 onwards (Depending on weight) or cancel the order at Rs.150 onwards (depending on weight). Incase of cancellation, store credit will be issued of the balance amount. With our current competitive pricing, we are unable to offer free shipping more than once.
Any express shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

My order was was not delivered and is being returned. What options do i have?
Please don't worry, any order that is not successfully delivered is returned to us.
Orders that are not delivered successfully due to error on our part or the delivery partner's end, will be eligible for a second attempt free of charge. Customers can also choose to cancel the order (store credit of full value will be issued) or make any changes to the order free of any charge.
Any order being returned due to incorrect/incomplete details shared at the time of placing order, non acceptance of order, cancellation of order at time of delivery, unavailability at the time of delivery, address shared being closed at the time of delivery (there is no option to separate work/home address) etc. will be eligible for reshipping at Rs. 100 onwards (depending on weight). Such orders can also be cancelled at Rs. 150 onwards (depending on weight). Incase of cancellation, store credit of the balance value will be issued.
Any express shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
