Easy Returns are Available ✨

To keep our prices as affordable as possible, we do not incorporate the cost of reverse logistics in product pricing. This ensures you only pay for a return service when you actually use it, instead of higher prices on every item. ❤️

  • A nominal return fee of ₹150 is applied on your returned item (+ ₹50 for every additional item returned).
  • This return fee is exactly the cost of reverse logistics that the delivery partner charges us and is discounted automatically if the partner charges less.

Please note we do not make any exceptions on return fees.

  • Upon confirming your return, store credit will be issued IMMEDIATELY after deducting the return fee. Store credit has lifetime validity with no restrictions and can be used instantly & in parts as well.

If you wish to exchange, please use your store credit to place another order with your preferred size/design. Return Fee will still apply.

In case you receive a damaged product, we offer a full refund at no extra cost.

Things to remember:

  • Please get in touch with us for help in picking the size to minimise returns though our size guide is accurate.
  • Please raise a return request within 5 days of delivery. 
  • We currently do not offer bank or cash refunds. Any express shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
  • We offer doorstep reverse pickup, so you don’t need to ship the items to us.
  • Please make sure the correct item is handed over during pickup, as pickup agents do not perform quality checks. Any costs due to incorrect items being returned will be borne by the customer.
  • Since we have complete trust in our customers, Store credit is issued instantly without quality check or even pickup of returned items. The Wink Label reserves the right to permanently ban any customer who abuses this trust.
