How to Shop/Shipping Rates?
- You can order via the website directly and also choose to pay via your internationally registered cards.
- The Shipping charges will automatically be calculated at checkout. Shipping charged in excess, if any, will be refunded to source.
- We will e-mail you the tracking link within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
- If your country is not listed on our website for shipping, please get in touch with us to place the order.
Customs & Duties:
- Any customs charges and duties levied on entry into the destination country will be borne by the customer and is the responsibility of the customer.
- In our experience, packages are not usually subject to customs because of nominal invoice value (less than Rs. 20,000) but we cannot guarantee it.
Returns:
- International orders are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged even for a fee.
- We can help you pick the right size, don’t worry!
Things to remember:
- Payment can be made via any prepaid mode including internationally registered cards.
- If you have any store credit - that can be used in your international order.
- In a rare case, if you receive a damaged product, we will refund you for the item(s) only. Replacement is not possible in international orders.
- International orders can be cancelled for a full refund before being shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- International orders may be subject to delays due to various reasons. We do not have any control over it and do not accept cancellation requests for delays.
- Cash on Delivery is not available.
- If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, please inform us within 2 working days of the package being marked wrongly delivered. Please keep an eye on the tracking. We will investigate it and compensate you if the package is not found after 10 working days of the investigation. We offer no compensations incase of Porch theft as the package has been delivered from our end.
- If the package is marked delivered incorrectly or is not deliverable/delayed due to incorrect/incomplete details shared at the time of placing the order, we do not offer any compensation or reshipping. Please double check all details before confirming your order.
- We also do not offer reshipping or compensation if the customer is unavailable to receive the order or if the home/office is locked when the delivery agent arrives.
